Outside Counsel Guidelines Attorney — Risk & Negotiation (Hybrid)

DLA Piper is seeking an Outside Counsel Guidelines Attorney to support risk management by reviewing engagement terms and OCGs, in collaboration with the Office of General Counsel. The role requires negotiating terms, coordinating with multiple internal teams, and maintaining engagement documents.

Minimum JD with 2+ years in a law firm or in-house role, and active bar admission. Hybrid U.S. office-based work is offered across locations.
