Outreach Specialist

Proactively engaging with patients, the full-time remote Outreach Specialist will conduct high-volume outbound calls to introduce Motion MSK, answer inquiries, and guide patients through their musculoskeletal care journey while maintaining a compassionate and professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted patients and manage multiple outreach attempts within defined SLAs Build trust with patients through active listening and personalized education, converting them into care solutions Maintain clear documentation and track patient outreach status, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in healthcare, patient services, or similar patient-facing environments Experience in high-volume call environments, particularly with outbound outreach responsibilities Ability to follow structured workflows while exercising sound judgment in real-time conversations Strong consultative conversation skills, with the ability to navigate challenging discussions with empathy Private, secure remote workspace that protects PHI and supports HIPAA-compliant patient interactions
