To support the growth of a geriatric care model, the full-time Outreach Specialist will engage with prospective and existing patients through inbound and outbound calls, schedule in-home wellness visits, and assist with appointment confirmations and rescheduling in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and receive inbound calls to schedule and confirm in-home wellness visits for patients Provide information to potential new patients about WellBe's services and assist them in navigating their healthcare needs Support the in-home care team by delivering necessary information to engage patients in their health journey Required qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent; some college or Associate's Degree preferred At least three years of outbound call center and/or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and call center software applications Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while adhering to company guidelines
