Ombudsman Educational Services seeks an Outreach Specialist to engage and support middle and high school students in alternative education programs. In this role, you’ll identify and connect with at-risk and nontraditional learners, build trusting relationships with families, and collaborate with partner school districts to improve enrollment, attendance, and student retention. You will coordinate referrals, track student progress, support behavior and social-emotional needs, and advocate for students to access needed services.
