• Status: Full-Time, Exempt: No

• Shift Hours: Varies

• Weekend Work: Yes

• On Call: No The Outreach Prevention Facilitator is responsible for:

• Plays a crucial role in promoting and implementing effective health and safety initiatives for our community.

• Uses a variety of methods to create effective campaigns, such as facilitating presentations, providing resources to the public, and conducting data-driven research.

• Responsible to develop, implement, and manage evidenced-based programs that effectively prevent alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use.

• Serves as a resource to parents and district, school sites, and community agency staff related to county prevention intervention resources.

• Extensive travel is required

• Driver's License Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree - Human Services or Related Field Experience:
