Flash Forward Foundation is a student-led 501(c)(3) based in Bellevue, WA. We design and build solar-powered flashlights from scratch and ship them to students in Ghana, Bangladesh, DRC, and Vietnam who study after dark without reliable electricity.
We're looking for Outreach & Partnerships volunteers to help us grow our network of schools, NGOs, and distribution partners.
What you'll do:
- Research and identify schools and NGOs in target countries that could benefit from our flashlights
- Find contact emails and reach out to potential partners on our behalf
- Help manage ongoing partner relationships and follow-up communications
- Support our outreach workflow including email templates and tracking spreadsheets
What we're looking for:
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable doing research and cold outreach
- Interest in international development, education access, or nonprofit work
- No prior experience required. We will train you.
Time commitment: 2-5 hours/week, flexible schedule. Fully remote.
