Full‑time travel physical therapist – outpatient division at Select Medical.

Location: Sacramento, CA (additional assignment in Roseville).

Salary: $100,700 – $119,100 per year; up to $45,000 sign‑on bonus and indefinite student loan benefit.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary; document the treatment need clearly.
• Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training and maintain compliance with state, local, federal regulations and practice acts.
• Adhere to all laws governing physical therapist practice and supervision.
• Maintain reliable attendance and be available for float between clinics according to rotation schedule.
• Maintain open respectful communication with co‑workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third‑party payors at all times.
• Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Graduate from an APTA accredited PT school, hold valid state PT license, and maintain CPR certification.
• Be prepared to change location every six months in accordance with the Outpatient Travel PT Program.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an APTA accredited PT school.
• Valid State Physical Therapist license.
• Cardio‑Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel and adapt to new clinical settings every six months.
