LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatrist with a strong interest in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) to join their multidisciplinary team. - Adding TMS to one of our New Jersey locations in the coming months
- TMS offices are in the Metrowest area and in Weymouth

Responsibilities
- Participate in training to develop TMS skills, if not already experienced
- Commit to at least two in-person clinic days per week for mapping and remapping visits
- Conduct initial patient assessments (in person or via telehealth), confirm diagnoses, and document medical necessity using an AMD template and supporting forms
- Closely oversee the TMS technician, co-sign daily treatment notes, and be readily available for clinical questions
- Monitor patient progress, adjust protocols as needed, and provide discharge summaries to the primary/referring psychiatric clinician
- Represent the TMS program to internal and external clinicians, to educate, and coordinate care
Compensation

- $300k-$350k+ compensation model based on productivity
