Outpatient Therapist

To support a nationwide virtual practice, the full-time California Licensed Bilingual Therapist will deliver high-quality psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults, managing a flexible schedule while working remotely and benefiting from comprehensive administrative support. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Manage documentation efficiently using streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools Required Qualifications Active, independent California clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC Fluent in both English and Spanish, able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
