To support a growing practice, the full-time Michigan Licensed Outpatient Therapist will provide virtual therapy services to adults ages 18+ with various mental health diagnoses, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish treatment plans for patients Provide therapy services to adults with diagnoses including autism, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorder Collaborate with a network of support services, including psychiatry and case management Required qualifications: Active Michigan LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license preferred Proven experience providing therapy services as an independently licensed therapist Availability for 40 hours per week during EST Experience treating patients with varying acuity levels, particularly those with autism and IDD Telehealth experience preferred
