We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Outpatient Therapist to join our behavioral health team in a fully remote role . This opportunity is ideal for an Arizona-licensed clinician who wants to provide high-quality outpatient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
You’ll support individuals navigating mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions through virtual counseling, crisis intervention, and ongoing therapeutic support.
What You’ll Do
- individual, group, and family counseling via telehealth
- clinical assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations
- collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic client outcomes
- utilize evidence-based interventions for mental health, substance use, and crisis needs
- provide crisis intervention in accordance with program guidelines
- maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the EMR system
- participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
What We’re Looking For
- Active Arizona license required through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW required)
- 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Experience in outpatient, mental health, substance use, or crisis settings strongly desired
- Passion for serving diverse populations using recovery-oriented, client-centered care
- Strong communication, time-management, and documentation skills
