As a therapist, you'll receive: private office in our Charlottesville (Pantops) location, administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, consultative relationships with experienced clinicians, a company-issued iPad, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth and collaboration.

Your role will involve providing evidence-based outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with physicians, schools, psychiatrists, and other community providers.

Qualifications include an active Virginia license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, excellent diagnostic and clinical skills, strong clinical judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice.

As a W-2 employee, you'll receive $70–$80 per hour, based on experience and clinical expertise. Benefits are available for full-time status.
