Outpatient Therapist – Licensed (Children, Adolescents & Adults)

Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, with an emphasis on child and adolescent behavioral health.
- Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in the electronic health record.
- Provide family-focused care, collaborating with parents/guardians and other support systems when working with youth.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate for different developmental stages.
- Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and quality assurance activities.
- Provide on-call coverage for assigned cases and respond to outreach calls from CFG's Access Center within 20 minutes when on-call.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health discipline • NJ License Required: LSW, LAC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPC • Experience working with children and adolescents strongly preferred • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
- ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) certification preferred but not required. CFG Health Network will support interested clinicians in obtaining ADOS training and certification.
