Outpatient RN: Team-Driven Care & Career Growth

Sovah Health - Martinsville is seeking a Registered Nurse for Outpatient Services to join an in-person team on a Monday through Friday schedule. You will deliver direct patient care in a supportive outpatient setting, following the nursing process and collaborating with physicians and staff to ensure safe, high-quality care close to home.

You'll perform plan-of-care interventions, document care, monitor patient status, and educate patients and families.
