Outpatient RN, CAP Pathway to Clinical Leadership

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse to join the Outpatient CAP 1 program. This role focuses on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for an assigned patient group within an End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) team.

The RN CAP 1 responsibilities include coordinating care with other RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and patient care technicians and contributing to quality improvement activities under Fresenius Kidney Care policies and state/federal regulations.
