This position is benefits eligible.Position SummaryResponsible for answering telephone calls and transferring to appropriate destinations.

Responsible for greeting patients. Responsible for collecting required documentation, copays, deductibles, or payment of services prior to treatment and documenting transactions in EMR. Responsible for monitoring entrances and exits of visitors, patients and families. Handle various clerical functions as assigned by Manager and/or Director. Thorough knowledge of facility policies and procedures as it relates to the above duties.Position QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED. Two years of experience in clerical/healthcare environment preferred.

Computer literate in Excel, MS Word, and Outlook. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and patient's families. Ability to function independently or under supervision as task requires. Organizational and time management skills. Strong customer service skills.
