Outpatient PT Clinic Director — Lead & Elevate Care

BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking a Clinic Director who is an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist to lead and develop clinicians, elevate patient outcomes, and foster a positive, high-performing clinic culture.

You’ll mentor a team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff, oversee operations, and build relationships with referral sources while advancing your leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s development programs.
