Outpatient Psychiatry Director - Lead Team, Path to CMO

Summit Pointe, a community health organization in Battle Creek, Michigan, seeks a BC/BE Associate Medical Director to join the team and transition into Chief Medical Officer over the next few years. The role leads a team of 4 psychiatrists and 3 mid-level practitioners in a 100% outpatient behavioral health practice with 20-25 clinical hours and 15-20 admin hours per week.

Compensation ranges from $325,000 to $450,000 depending on experience, with negotiable terms.
