Compensation

• Compensation range $325,000-$400,000 compensation model based on productivity
• Annual Cash Bonus Incentive Plan
• Sign-on bonus

Requirements

• Hold an active TX Medical License and unencumbered DEA
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
• Open to a hybrid model, all roles must have in office time on a weekly basis
