Outpatient Psychiatrist

LifeStance Health is seeking a part-time or full-time Adult Psychiatrist or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join their growing outpatient group in Culver City, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area. This role offers clinicians flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support within a modern, patient-centered environment. Providers can enjoy a hybrid work model while delivering high-quality, personalized mental healthcare.

• Hybrid model with work from home and as little as 1 day/week in-office

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
• Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
• Set your own pace by determining your preferred caseload and patient volume
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

Compensation

• Compensation range of $375,000 to $440,000, compensation model based on productivity
• Sign-On Bonus

Shift & Schedule

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
