Outpatient Psychiatrist

LifeStance Health is seeking a part-time or full-time Adult Psychiatrist or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our growing outpatient group in Long Beach, California. In this role, you will provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care with the flexibility to customize your practice through medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend of both. • Outpatient group in Long Beach, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area
• Modern, patient-centered environment
• Hybrid model: work from home with as little as 1 day/week in-office

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
• Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
• Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

Compensation

• Compensation range of $375,000 to $440,000, compensation model based on productivity
• Sign-on bonus
• Annual incentive bonus

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
