Outpatient Psychiatrist

LifeStance Health is seeking a part-time or full-time Adult Psychiatrist or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join their growing outpatient group in San Jose, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area. This opportunity allows clinicians to practice psychiatry with flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment. Providers will enjoy a hybrid model with work-from-home options and multiple locations to minimize commutes.

• Hybrid model: work from home with as little as 1 day/week in-office
• Multiple locations with options throughout the region to minimize commute

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
• Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
• Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

Compensation

• Compensation range of $375,000 to $440,000, compensation model based on productivity
• Sign-On Bonus

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
