Outpatient Psychiatrist

LifeStance Health is seeking a part-time or full-time Adult Psychiatrist or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join their growing outpatient group in Modesto, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area. This opportunity allows clinicians to practice with flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment. Providers can customize their practice style, choose their caseload and patient volume, and collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
• Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
• Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

Compensation

• Compensation range of $375,000 to $440,000, compensation model based on productivity
• Sign-On Bonus

Shift & Schedule

• Part-time (15+ hours/week) or full-time (30+ hours/week)
• Flexible Scheduling: Monday–Friday, with weekends optional

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
