Outpatient Psychiatrist

LifeStance Health is seeking a part-time or full-time Adult Psychiatrist or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our growing outpatient group in San Francisco, California. Providers enjoy clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a hybrid work model while delivering personalized psychiatric care. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive productivity-based compensation range of $375,000 to $440,000 along with comprehensive benefits and bonuses.

Practice Info

• Growing outpatient group in San Francisco, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
• Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
• Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

Compensation

• Compensation range of $375,000 to $440,000, compensation model based on productivity
• Sign-on bonus
• Annual incentive bonus

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
