LifeStance Health is seeking an Adult or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join their growing outpatient group in Burlingame, California. This role offers the flexibility to practice psychiatry with autonomy and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment. Clinicians can customize their practice, set their own pace, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
• Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
• Determine your preferred caseload and patient volume
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

Compensation

• Compensation range of $375,000 to $440,000, compensation model based on productivity
• Sign-On Bonus

Shift & Schedule

• Part-time (15+ hours/week) or full-time (30+ hours/week)
• Flexible Scheduling: Monday–Friday, with weekends optional
• Hybrid Model: Work from home with as little as 1 day/week in-office

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
