Outpatient Psychiatrist Opportunity with No Call
Mercy Health‑Lourdes Hospital, part of Bon Secours Mercy Health, one of the nation's top 20 health systems, is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist to join our growing Behavioral Health team in Paducah, Kentucky.
This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment alongside experienced Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors who are dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality mental health care.
Position Highlights
- Primarily outpatient psychiatry with the option to participate in inpatient coverage for additional compensation if desired

- Average daily patient volume of 12‑14 adult patients

- Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit with 21 adult beds

- Standard clinic hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM

Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Experience with adult outpatient psychiatry
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Good communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
