LifeStance Health is seeking a talented Child or Adult Outpatient Psychiatrist to join their clinical team at the S Mingo Rd location in Tulsa, OK. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care with a focus on medication management and therapy, including experience or interest in Spravato treatments. Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric care with experience or interest in Spravato treatments
- Deliver medication management as well as therapy
Compensation
- 1st year -$350,000 first Year Salary, 2nd year productivity based
- Annual Incentive Bonus up to $20,000
- Sign on Bonus -$30,000
- Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional)
- Compensation range $350,000 to $450,000 - compensation model based on productivity
- OPEN TO NP SUPERVISION -equals added revenue along with TMS

Qualifications
- Fully licensed in Oklahoma
- BE/BC
- Unencumbered DEA
