Compensation
- Generous 'above market' compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
- Sign-on bonus -$30,000
- Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional)
- Compensation range $350,000 to $400,000
- Compensation model based on productivity
- Supervision pay for PMHNP's
- Annual Bonus Incentive Plan $25,000

Qualifications
- Fully licensed in Oklahoma
- BE/BC
- Unencumbered DEA
- Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
