Outpatient Psychiatrist

LifeStance Health is seeking a dedicated psychiatrist to join their growing clinical team. In this role, you will focus on patient care in an outpatient setting while dedicated support staff handle billing, scheduling, and administrative tasks. Psychiatrists enjoy the flexibility of setting their own hours, working in-person or in hybrid models, and building a caseload aligned with their personal interests.

• Work alongside experienced therapists, neuropsychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners
• Well-appointed offices with an EMR system with electronic prescribing

Responsibilities

• Integrate psychotherapy into everyday practice
• Supervise newly graduated PMHNPs

Compensation

• $300,000 - $373,000 a year
• Competitive compensation package

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine
• Board Certified/Board Eligible (within 3 years of completing residency) in Adult or Child/ Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
• A valid medical license in Massachusetts (or willing to obtain prior to start date)
