Quick Facts:
- Monday – Wednesday and Friday, 8 am – 5 pm; Thursday, 1 pm – 5 pm
- 36-hour work week offering excellent work-life balance
- Serves Native American communities in Imperial County, California
- Sees patients of all ages, primarily adults
- Provides medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorders
- Manageable patient volumes of 12 – 14 patients per day
- May provide clinical supervision for advanced practice providers
- Board-eligible or board-certified; any US state license accepted
