Outpatient Psychiatrist

Benefis, one of Montana's largest health systems, is seeking an Outpatient Psychiatrist to join its dedicated behavioral health team. This role offers the opportunity to provide excellent patient care within a supportive administrative environment, focusing on making a positive community impact. The position is designed for flexibility, allowing providers to see a wide variety of patients based on their interests and desires.

Practice Info

• Team includes 2 employed Adult Psychiatrists, 1 Geriatric Psychiatrist, 3 PMHNPs, 4 Adult Psychologists, 1 Rehab Psychologist, and 3 Pediatric Psychologists.
• Opportunity to see a wide variety of patients based on interests and desires.
• General clinic is staffed Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
• Call is taken by inpatient providers and is typically not a burden for outpatient providers.
• Opportunity to teach 3rd or 4th year medical students if desired.
• Utilizes Epic electronic medical record and good clinical support staffing structures.

Compensation

• Nationally competitive compensation structures with guaranteed salaries + productivity and performance bonuses
