Outpatient Psychiatrist

LifeStance Health is seeking a dedicated psychiatrist to join our growing clinical team in Massachusetts. As a psychiatrist at LifeStance, your focus remains entirely on patient care while our dedicated teams handle billing, technology, and administrative tasks. You will enjoy a personalized practice model, working in-person or in hybrid settings with flexible scheduling and a multidisciplinary team.

Practice Info

• Outpatient (weekday) practice setting
• Offices conveniently spread throughout Massachusetts, including Arlington, Auburn, Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Canton, Chelmsford, Concord, Danvers, Easton, Framingham, Groton, Hopkinton, Lexington, Lynnfield, Mansfield, Medford, Medfield, Milford, Newton, Needham, North Andover, Northborough, Norwell, Norwood, Plymouth, Quincy, Raynham, Stoneham, Waltham, Wellesley, Weymouth, and Woburn
• Work alongside experienced therapists, neuropsychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners in a collegial environment
• Care Matching model allows you to build a caseload aligned with your interests and areas of expertise
• Practice provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system with electronic prescribing, and peer consultation groups
• Talented support staff handle credentialing, insurance authorizations, scheduling appointments, and collection of payments

Responsibilities

• Focus on patient care and clinical excellence
• Integrate psychotherapy into everyday practice
• Supervise newly graduated PMHNPs (for those interested)

Compensation

• Annual Compensation Estimate: $300k-$373k
• Compensation model based on productivity
• Compensation for supervising PMHNP's

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of completing residency) in Adult or Child/ Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
• A valid medical license in Massachusetts (or willing to obtain prior to start date)
