Outpatient Psychiatrist — Collaborative Care (Remote)

Allina Health is seeking an outpatient psychiatrist to join the Hastings Clinic. You will deliver psychiatric expertise embedded within a primary care setting, collaborating with medical providers and behavioral health clinicians to improve access and outcomes.

You will support a collaborative care model with direct patient evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing follow-up, working with PCPs, psychologists, therapists, and care managers to identify conditions early and guide treatment.
