Outpatient Psychiatrist, Adult or Child & Adolescent

Job Description

We are seeking a part-time (15+ hours/week) or full-time (30+ hours/week) adult psychiatrist or child & adolescent psychiatrist to join our growing outpatient group in San Jose, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area for convenient commuting.

Compensation & Benefits

• Highly Competitive Compensation: Productivity-based with uncapped earning potential
• Compensation Range: $375,000 - $440,000

Ideal Candidate

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
• Passionate about delivering high-quality outpatient care

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child & adolescent populations
• Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
• Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team
