Outpatient Primary Care Physician - Senior Health

CenterWell Senior Primary Care, a Humana company, seeks a Primary Care Physician to join our outpatient clinic in Anderson, South Carolina. This is a full-time, onsite, patient-facing role reporting to the Associate Medical Director, in a value-based environment that supports lasting patient relationships.

You will provide comprehensive primary care to adults and seniors, manage chronic conditions, coordinate with specialists and hospitals, and document accurately to support quality outcomes.
