Outpatient Primary Care Physician - Chronic Disease & Acute Care

Strategic Resilience Group seeks a licensed physician to provide onsite primary care for VA patients in an outpatient clinic. You will evaluate and manage acute and chronic illnesses, handle minor wound care, and document thoroughly in the VA EHR.

Responsibilities include managing chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension, following VA policies, and ensuring coverage during shifts. Requires MD/DO, VA credentialing ability, and U.S. citizenship.
