Job Summary

MUSC Health – Oak Hill Medical Park in Sumter, South Carolina, is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an established primary care team. The physician will provide exceptional, accessible care in a rural community, ramping up quickly to manage a daily panel of 20‑25 patients while collaborating with a nurse practitioner and other team members.

Required Qualifications

• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Unrestricted South Carolina licensure
• Federal and state-controlled substance registration

Position Highlights

• Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm; Wednesday 8 am‑12 pm
• Shared minimal call
• 20–25 patients per day, on average
• Dedicated Certified Medical Assistant
• Lab and point‑of‑care testing onsite
