Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant

Whitecap Search Healthcare Partners is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join an outpatient orthopedic clinic. This full-time role is set in a supportive clinical environment that emphasizes teamwork, quality care, and work-life balance.

Job Function: 

• Provide treatment interventions under PT direction
• Assist with therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities
• Treat patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular diagnoses
• Document care using Prompt EMR
• Support patient education and continuity of care
• Assist with coverage at nearby clinics as needed

Requirements: 

• Active New York State Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
