Clinical Outpatient Pharmacy Manager
The Clinical Outpatient Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the administration and management of oncology community pharmacy operations at the Johns Hopkins Outpatient Pharmacy at Weinberg. This role supports the development and delivery of patient-centered clinical pharmacy services and works closely with pharmacists, technicians, clinic teams, and providers to enhance workflow, operational efficiency, and patient care. The manager oversees both the professional and administrative functions of the pharmacy and collaborates with internal and external partners to support effective pharmacy operations. This position reports directly to the Assistant Director of Pharmacy Operations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy resulting in a Pharm.D. degree or B.S.
- Residency preferred but not required
- Current licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Maryland required
- Certified by the Maryland Board of Pharmacy to provide vaccinations preferably upon hire and required within six months of employment
- Active CPR certification
Salary Range
Minimum $54.35/hour – Maximum $95.15/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
