• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• 25-bed Critical Access Hospital serving Lake County and surrounding rural communities
• Only certified trauma and stroke center in Lake County, accredited by The Joint Commission
• Offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services including emergency care, imaging, ICU, surgery, and specialty clinics

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• Perform routine and chronic disease management (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, COPD, heart disease)
• Conduct physical exams, preventive care, and wellness visits
• Diagnose and treat acute medical conditions commonly seen in an ambulatory setting
• Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
• Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and evidence-based guidelines
• Manage medication therapy, refills, and adjustments

Compensation

• Competitive compensation package including guaranteed salary

• Salary range: $261,996.80 - $376,001.60 /Yr

Requirements

• Five (5) years of recent, relevant clinical experience preferred
• BE/BC
• Eligible for California medical licensure
• DEA registration
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Additional certifications (PALS, NRP) as required by department policy
