The Regional Center for Infectious Disease (RCID) in the Greensboro/Triad area of North Carolina is seeking a fellowship-trained Infectious Disease Physician to join their collaborative and quality-driven team. This role focuses on outpatient infectious disease care within the largest ID practice in Guilford County. Practice Info
- Largest ID practice in Guilford County with six physicians and two nurse practitioners
- Delivers pure infectious disease care across both inpatient and outpatient settings (looking for outpatient only)
- Serves as a Ryan White HIV/AIDS Clinic (Parts B, C, and D funding)
- An ACTG Integral Clinical Research Site
- Conducts pharmaceutical sponsored clinical trials
- Integrated care team that removes barriers for patients and providers
Responsibilities
- Deliver pure infectious disease care
- Teach IM residents and pharmacy students on ID rotation
- Collaborate with infection prevention and antibiotic stewardship
