A well-established private practice in coastal Connecticut is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible gastroenterologist to join its growing team. This opportunity is available due to a planned physician retirement and offers the ability to inherit an established patient panel with strong mentorship support. The position is primarily outpatient-focused with a balanced mix of clinic and procedures, providing an excellent quality of life with a phone-only call schedule.

Compensation
- Guaranteed $475,000 salary for first 2 years
- 60% of collections above base salary paid as production bonus
- Partnership track in 4 years with earning potential more than $600,000
- $25,000 sign on bonus
