Outpatient Family Medicine Physician, Greenfield MA

Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts that includes an academic medical center, three community hospitals, and the region’s largest multispecialty group. Baystate Medical Center is home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School‑Baystate. We are seeking Family Medicine physicians to join our employed physician team.

Position Highlights

• Join our team at Greenfield Family Medicine (GFM), which provides primary care services to patients in the North Pioneer Valley.
• GFM is the resident continuity clinic for our Family Medicine Residency program at UMass Chan‑Baystate. Join a team of family physicians with a mission to prepare health professionals to care for the underserved, rural population of the area. Faculty appointment to UMass Chan.
• Enjoy 1:1 medical assistant support, nurse triage (days, nights and 1st call), onsite lab, behavioral health network integration, and direct access to our large multispecialty group.

• Flexible schedule. Full‑time and part‑time work is available. Full‑time consists of 32 patient‑facing hours.

Compensation: The compensation ranges below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non‑exempt employees and based on assumed full‑time commitment for exempt employees.

Salary Range: $210,000–$345,000

Qualifications: ABMS BE or BC in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds. We are able to sponsor H-1B visas, as well as J‑1 visas through the Conrad 30 or HHS programs.
