This outpatient-only role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, no weekends, and no hospital call, along with longer appointment times and a collaborative care team focused on value-based care for older adults.
You will diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide preventive care.
