Outpatient Dialysis RN, Clinical Advancement Path

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level professional registered nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 1 within the Clinical Advancement Program. This role provides and coordinates clinically competent care for an assigned group of dialysis patients, with possible delegation to nursing staff.

Responsibilities include patient data collection around hemodialysis, education for patients and families, medication administration, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
