Outpatient Dialysis RN: Care Leader

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an Outpatient RN CAP 2 to provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients undergoing hemodialysis. The role includes teaching, leadership, and collaboration with RNs, LVNs/LPNs and patient care technicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, administration of prescribed medications, and participation in quality improvement activities across the
