Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP 1 designation. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care, assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for patients undergoing hemodialysis, delegating tasks as appropriate within the care team.
As part of the ESKD care team, you will participate in decision-making, teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and facility operations.
