Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP1 program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care during hemodialysis, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients.
You will collaborate with RNs, LVNs/LPNs and patient care technicians, participate in education, leadership, and quality improvement activities, and support the transplant and modality education efforts within the unit.
