You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for an assigned patient group within the ESKD care team and coordinate with RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and patient care technicians to ensure safe hemodialysis delivery.
You will participate in education, leadership activities, and quality improvement, with CAP requirements to advance. Travel to training sites may be required.
