Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry level professional registered nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 1 track within the Clinical Advancement Program. This role provides and coordinates clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients during hemodialysis.
You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care, educate patients and families, document outcomes, and collaborate with RNs, LVNs/LPNs and technicians to ensure safe delivery of therapy.
